What are we doing to help?

A composting valet is provided throughout most of our properties to minimize waste. All of our properties are equipped with energy efficient appliances and modern, double glazed windows to preserve interior temperatures. Where available, smart thermostats provide seamless management of air temperatures to maximize efficiency throughout the day and night. Building-wide LEDs reduce power consumption as much as possible, ensuring Nostra Development footprints are as small as possible.
